The hotel amenities were impressive, especially the

stunning pool area and the great gym facilities. However, my stay was marred by some noise issues from other guests that made it hard to fully relax at times.

I was infuriated by the poor communication regarding the van we ordered for Tulum. We were given a ludicrous price that somehow doubled by the end of the ride, clearly not what was discussed. Additionally, the shower in our suite leaked everywhere, flooding the main room, and instead of resolving it properly with a room change, they just sent someone to mop up the mess. This is not what I expected for the money we paid. everything was overpriced and the service was downright disappointing.

The coffee here is amazing, really gets you going. Room was spacious and beautifully designed with a private bathroom, a shower, and a balcony offering a quiet street view. Pool area is stunning, perfect for relaxation. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and the gym was great too! Spa facilities were a nice touch as well.
